By registering for any WomenOnWheels program, event, or service, you agree to this policy.
1. Nature of Services
WomenOnWheels primarily offers:
• Riding workshops and training programs
• Community rides and events
• Membership and participation-based services
As these are experience-based services, we generally do not offer returns once a service has been availed.
2. Cancellation Policy
Participants may request cancellation of their registration under the following conditions:
• Cancellation requests must be made in advance before the event or program date
• Requests should be sent via email or official contact channels
WomenOnWheels reserves the right to accept or reject any cancellation request based on timing and circumstances.
3. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the type of program or event:
a) Before Event / Program Start
• If cancellation is requested within the allowed time frame, a partial or full refund may be provided
• Processing fees or administrative charges may be deducted
b) After Event / Program Start
• No refunds will be provided once the event, ride, or training program has started
c) No-Show Cases
• No refund will be issued if a participant fails to attend without prior notice
4. Event Cancellation by WomenOnWheels
In case WomenOnWheels cancels or reschedules an event due to:
• Weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Operational or unforeseen issues
Participants may be offered:
• A full refund, OR
• The option to transfer the booking to a future event
5. Transfer Policy
Participants may request to transfer their registration to another person or future event (if allowed):
• Requests must be made before the event date
• Approval is subject to WomenOnWheels discretion
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• The amount will be credited via the original payment method or agreed alternative
WomenOnWheels is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
• Last-minute cancellations
• Failure to attend the event (no-show)
• Violation of community guidelines leading to removal
• Change of personal plans
